Harmeet Kaur, the driving force behind Pearl Support Services, brings over a decade of experience in the disability sector. Her journey began as a Disability Service Officer, where she developed innovative training programs and coordinated enriching activities for clients. As a dedicated support worker, Harmeet provided essential assistance with daily living, fostering independence and dignity in every interaction.

Her skill further expanded as a Program Officer, where she meticulously planned and monitored programs designed to support individuals with disabilities. Harmeet’s passion for her work is clear in her unwavering commitment to providing compassionate care and understanding to those in need.

With qualifications in Aged Care and Disability, as well as a Master’s Degree in Political Science, Harmeet brings a unique perspective to the field. Her dedication to the community extends beyond her professional life, as she runs a non-profit dance academy that celebrates diversity and empowers young people.
